Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a practice leadership or Head Nurse role within a veterinary or animal-related setting
• Strong commitment to service excellence and high standards of clinical care
• Confidence with practice management systems and appointment scheduling
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of employment obligations and workplace health and safety requirements
• Experience in, or enthusiasm for, change management and project leadership
• Genuine, warm leadership style with a passion for supporting people who care for animals
