VetPlus is seeking a driven and inspiring Regional Sales Manager to lead their Ireland sales team and help shape the future of the company in the region.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in super-premium pharmaceutical or nutritional products.
- Strong understanding of concept selling and Key Account Management.
- Familiarity with âsuper premiumâ positioning and VetPlus policies/procedures.
- Customer-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and flexible problem-solver.
- Strong IT literacy (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
- Motivational leader with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and personal accountability.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and urgency.
- Flexible, reliable and committed to continuous improvement.
- Able to travel extensively across Ireland and occasionally overseas.
