The Chief Schools Officer provides executive leadership to ensure continuous improvement, high performance, and the overall well-being of all schools.
Requirements
- Lead and implement a comprehensive, data-driven school improvement framework
- Ensure alignment among the Strategic Plan, School Board goals, accreditation requirements, and Continuous School Improvement Plans
- Oversee accountability systems, including performance monitoring, progress reporting, and continuous improvement cycles
