Job Description
The CAD/Revit Drafter – Level II supports the modeling and drafting needs of a federal BIM program by generating accurate 2D and 3D drawings, integrating design changes, and preparing construction documentation using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a CAD/Revit Drafter within architectural, engineering, or construction environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting, layering, and annotation) and Revit (3D modeling, plan generation, and family development).
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and facility floor plans.
- Familiarity with BIM practices and drafting standards required in federal or institutional projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows and QC standards.
