Job Description
The DoD SkillBridge Internship Title: (Project) Engineer 1 is responsible for providing technical engineering and cost information to ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards. The position involves assisting with job controls, interpreting design/drawings, researching and recommending resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, and preparing documentation records.
Requirements
- Must be active duty U.S. Military Service Member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge program
- Has 4+ months to devote to an Internship (Residency)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience
- 0 - 2 years construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience
