DoD SkillBridge Internship: Wellness Director at Juniper Communities. Responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellness Department, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Opportunities for certification training, mentorship, and guidance.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare or service-related setting
- Familiarity with resident care plans, documentation, and medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of older adult care and wellness programming
- Experience supervising teams or operations in clinical or healthcare environments
