Job Description
Full Stack Developer Intern for 100% remote position on large federal government project, supporting internal VetsEZ initiatives and federal healthcare IT efforts, with hands-on experience in modern software development practices, AI-assisted development, and Agile delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic or project-based experience in software development, object-oriented programming, or web development.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Basic experience with RESTful APIs and/or SQL (all three preferred).
- Understanding of AI tools used to accelerate coding, testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of version control concepts and software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, Agile, and DevSecOps environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
