HealthShare Engineer (Remote Opportunity)

We are currently looking for a HealthShare Engineer for a 100% remote position on a large federal government project. The selected candidate will support enterprise healthcare integration environments and work within a collaborative DevSecOps-focused team supporting InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, and related middleware technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Information Technology and/or Federal Government contracting environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience coding, maintaining, or supporting production systems.
• Hands-on experience with InterSystems Cache, IRIS, or HealthShare technologies.
• Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments using tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD processes to improve software quality and delivery speed.
• Strong experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with Unix/Linux systems, Apache, Python scripting, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
