Job Description
The Senior Manager, Real Estate and Leasing role will be responsible for managing and leading VetStrategy’s Real Estate and Leasing department, overseeing lease renewals and negotiations, and managing the company’s lease administration portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing National Lease portfolios
- Strong lease accounting and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and judgement skills
