Requirements
- Drive sales and profitability in synergy with Store Manager
- Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
- Implement retail processes, including inventory and P&L
- Report performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide cover in Store Manager's absence
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
