Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Vans team in Milan, Porta Garibaldi. The role of the Assistant will be key in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the success of the store.

Requirements

• Encourage sales and improve profits in synergy with the Store Manager.
• Motivate, lead and train sales staff.
• Assist Store Managers in implementing our consolidated retail processes, while seeking to improve them.
• Monitor the main retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L, etc.
• Present reports on performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPI indicators to improve store results.
• Ensure that their store presents a pleasant aesthetic, in line with the brand's visual merchandising policies.
• Replace the Store Manager in case of his absence.
