Global Product Developer

icebreaker are looking for a Global Product Developer to join the product creation team in Stabio, Switzerland. The role involves executing icebreaker products through the GTM process from concept to finished goods, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, global business needs, sourcing capabilities, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Development, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Several years of product development/technical experience in the apparel industry; outdoor performance or sustainable apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC, and experience with PLM systems such as Flex and Enovia.
• Ability to identify emerging trends in outdoor performance and sustainable apparel.
• Use forward-thinking to keep icebreaker at the forefront of the industry.
• Strong commitment to sustainability, ethical production, attention to detail, and high-quality execution.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, technical specs, and sustainable development practices.
• Proven success in cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to articulate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Confident negotiator with internal and external stakeholders.
