Job Description
Sales Associate role involves creating a best-in-class customer experience in the store, actively engaging with customers, and assisting in daily visual and operational maintenance. The role requires a genuine and comfortable engagement with diverse customers, customer service experience, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers
- Customer service experience
- Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge, experience and/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, community relevant to the store’s customer base
- Attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs
