We are looking for a sales associate for our The North Face team in Nuremberg. As a sales associate, you will inspire our customers, provide an outstanding customer service, and ensure that our sales room meets the highest standards.

Requirements

• Delivering first-class customer service and thus ensuring the respectful treatment of all customers
• Knowing exactly about the products offered in the store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Always being up-to-date on the latest trends and the current positioning of the brand within the market
• Holding to all operational procedures in the store and warehouse
