Store Supervisor

We're looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to lead from the front and drive consumer experience in one of our stores. As a supervisor, you will act as the vital link between store management and the sales associates, driving service and sales.

Requirements

• Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
• Coaching and motivating the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service
• Maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
• Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected
• Understanding the store's KPIs and playing a part to ensure they are achieved
