Store Supervisor (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor for our The North Face team in Wertheim. As Store Supervisor, you are the important interface between store management and sales team, ensuring service quality, sales figures, and daily operations are running smoothly.

Requirements

• Enjoy customer contact and passion for retail
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, service-oriented
• First leadership experience or responsibility in the store
• Ideally experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector
• Very good German and English language skills
• Safe handling of MS Office and POS systems
• Flexible to work (weekends/holidays/weekdays)
