Job Description
As a Store Supervisor at The North Face, you will lead the sales team and provide excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance and operational processes while driving sales and profitability. Your goal is to prepare for a career step towards store management.
Requirements
- In close collaboration with the store management and the deputy store management: Support the leadership team in increasing sales and profitability
- Train and motivate the sales team and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure a well-maintained store appearance in accordance with VM guidelines
- Maintain operational processes and standards and understand and actively drive relevant KPIs
