The North Face : Assistant Store Manager- Chatswood

Assist in leading a team and drive sales while sharing knowledge of the great outdoors. Key responsibilities include sales, visual merchandising, and management of inventory. 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and energetic individual who understands and lives The North Face culture
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years in retail sales
• Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a dynamic team environment
