Job Description
The North Face is seeking a Floor Supervisor to direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates, ensuring a consistent best-in-class customer experience. The Supervisor will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and comply with company standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
- Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge of products, local community, experiences, and activities relevant to the store’s customer base
