Job Description
As a Supervisor at The North Face, you will direct, develop and motivate a team of brand associates to provide a consistent best-in-class customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced, highly engaging retail environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
- Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team
