Vans: Floor Supervisor - The Mall at University Town Center

As a Floor Supervisor at Vans, you will be an important part of the store leadership team, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervising the store team. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment and provide sales-related feedback and coaching associate performance daily.

Requirements

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, meet business goals by driving results through the store team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 1+ years of experience in retail preferred but not required
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solution oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
