Regulatory Counsel

VGW is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join their Legal team in the USA. The successful candidate will advise the business on gaming and government affairs regulation, providing strategic guidance to ensure compliance and manage legal risks.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house, within gaming or other highly regulated industry.
• An active bar membership.
• Significant experience advising government affairs teams and working with U.S. regulators on licensing and enforcement processes.
• Strong risk management skills and high commercial acumen to understand business drivers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex legal concepts.
• The ability to work independently across different jurisdictions and time zones while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
