Job Description
The Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst works with a team to provide ABA assessment and clinical services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The role involves conducting behavioral evaluations, designing behavior plans, and supervising behavior technicians. The position requires a Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, and at least three years of experience in the field.
Requirements
- Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures
- Provides 1:1 behavior intervention services in the clinic
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for center-based programs
- Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented
- Teaches behavior technicians on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans
- Conducts regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation
- Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours
- Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel
