Job Description
The Pediatric ABA Behavior Technician provides 1:1 ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, under the supervision of a licensed Behavior Analyst. This role involves implementing behavioral programs, collecting data, collaborating with the Behavior Analyst, and maintaining client materials. The position requires 25-30 hours per week and focuses on challenging behavior.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of six months of experience working with children (special needs preferred)
- Client with challenging and/or aggressive behavior
