VIA Rail Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified diesel engine mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and operational repairs on locomotives and rolling stock.

Requirements

• Performing preventive maintenance and operational repairs on locomotives and rolling stock
• Determining causes of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic defects in locomotives
• Repairing defects and performing inspections and regular maintenance
• Meeting or exceeding Transport Canada standards

Benefits
