As a Field Operations Manager, Student Transit, you'll manage daily operations using Via's innovative technology platform to provide an unbelievable customer experience for students, while driving continuous improvement and growth of our services.
Requirements
- Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience for the students we transport
- Manage daily operations, prioritize operational issues, and implement creative solutions to solve problems as they arise
- Manage driver supply, manage communications with student's caregivers and the school district, and respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
- Analyze, interpret metrics/KPIs in order to identify possible inefficiencies and apply analysis to optimize operations
- Diligently work collaboratively with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools to drive rapid growth
