Senior Product Designer, VOC

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in digital product design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Craftsmanship and high bar for craft and quality in work
• Experienced in working with complex systems and systems thinking
• Proficient with Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tool
• Experience in motion and interaction design (advantage)
• Can-do approach, great social skills, and a team player
• Able to take ownership, work independently & be accountable for your work
• Passionate about the option to help shape and improve the future of smart transportation
