Job Description
Viaflex is seeking a Maintenance Planner to implement and administer a comprehensive preventative maintenance/compliance program. The successful candidate will develop job plans, establish timelines, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with resource allocation. The role requires expertise in CMMS systems, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Become an expert on the Viaflex CMMS system
- Develop job plans and establish timelines
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with resource allocation
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics
- Responsible for leading the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program
- Collaborate with production to schedule production downtime for PM's
- Collaborate with maintenance management to allocate resources to complete PM's
- Be intimately involved/hands on as needed in all PM's and communicate technical details across shift changes
