Job Description
We are hiring for an Operator Lead position at our Chicopee, MA location. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good mechanical aptitude.

- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills to generate reports
- Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers
