The EHS Advisor role involves managing the EHS agenda for the Viatris Galway Manufacturing Sites, developing and implementing comprehensive EHS Programs to ensure compliance with internal and external EHS requirements, and promoting a safe platform and environment to support a safer workplace.
Requirements
- A qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is required, preferably Level 8
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong logical and clear thinking individual
- Maturity and professionalism to deal with senior colleagues
- Team player who fosters good will, respect and great team environment
- Continuous improvement proven skills desirable
- Emergency response system implementation and management experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence
