We are seeking a Head of Business Development, Europe to lead all business development activities across the region, with a broad mandate across generics, complex generics, established brands, mature brands nearing loss of exclusivity, and innovative brands.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of business development or corporate strategy experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant European market expertise.
- Deep knowledge of European generics, complex generics, established brands, and innovative brand strategies.
- Proven success in mid- to large-scale BD transactions (licensing, partnerships, etc...) with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about market evolution and innovation in mature pharma spaces.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Commercial and Regulatory teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership presence; fluent in English (other European languages a plus).
