Operator, Components – 1st Shift

The Operator role will make an impact by visually inspecting products, setting up and running production equipment, and documenting material runs. The role also requires assisting with training new personnel and performing calibration tasks.

Requirements

• HS diploma
• Minimum of two years of experience
• Good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stoop, climb ladders, or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to hear an alarm
• Ability to identify small defects
• Ability to distinguish between colors
