Operator, Packaging - 4th Shift

The Operator, Packaging - 4th Shift role will visually inspect products, assist with equipment setup and running, and perform calibration tasks. The role also involves documenting material runs, training new personnel, and coordinating work with other operators. This role requires good mechanical, communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes.

Requirements

• HS diploma
• Minimum of two years of experience
• Good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stoop, climb ladders, or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to hear an alarm
• Ability to identify small defects
• Ability to distinguish between colors
