We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to grow with our team. You care deeply about using data to empower teams to do their best work and are equally comfortable analyzing sales data for insights as you are brainstorming with a sales rep on how they can optimize their outreach process.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience in Revenue Operations for a SaaS company
- Experience in direct sales preferred
- Working knowledge of GTM Technology Tools (CRM, Marketing automation, Customer Success)
- Demonstrated ability to pattern match to help identify challenges to the business or our execution
- Demonstrated competency in key tools (e.g. Excel/pivot tables, Hubspot or Salesforce admin, PowerPoint graphics)
- Basic understanding of Marketing Operations (e.g. demand generation KPIs & data tracking, lead lifecycle analysis, SEO and web trends, B2B MarTech tools)
- Basic understanding of Services/Customer Success operations, leading indicator KPIs and systems/data management
