Behavior Technician/RBT (Paid Training)

Join Vibrant ABA in making a meaningful difference as a Behavior Technician (BT) providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. As a part-time role, you'll work one-on-one with a child, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data and document client progress
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
