Job Description
We're seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to provide comprehensive support to the Operations Manager and team, ensuring the seamless functioning of all operational elements within the centre. This role is pivotal in maintaining and upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Developing leader with a track record of achieving positive outcomes through others
- Experience in a role in the operations field with exposure to retail and mixed-use assets
- Ability to deliver allocated projects on time and budget
- Understanding of contractor management, risk register, and health and safety audits
