Compliance Lead

We're looking for a Compliance Lead to join our high-performing Risk & Compliance team, where you'll lead the delivery of a best-in-class compliance program and partner with stakeholders to embed practical controls across the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory environments
• Strong ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements in a practical way
• Experience working with regulators and managing regulatory reporting obligations
• A track record of building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the business
• The ability to identify issues and develop innovative, pragmatic solutions
