Operations Manager - Infrastructure & Integration

The Operations Manager - Infrastructure & Integration will lead the collaborative planning, coordination, and delivery of Chadstone Shopping Centre's operational management interfaces for property development and major projects.

Requirements

• Trade or engineering qualification
• Demonstrated track record of successfully operating large complex retail, public infrastructure or commercial assets
• Experience managing base building essential life safety systems
• Clear understanding of contractor management
• Ability to develop and administer an operating and capital budget
• Knowledge of asset vision and strategy
