High school degree, 4+ years experience, technical or trade school degree in electronics, computer science, or equivalent industry training and experience
Electrician
5 years of experience in industrial or power plant electrical environment, Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician’s License, basic computer literacy, and good safety record
Stationary Engineer
5+ years of experience in operating stationary or marine boilers, Maryland First Class Stationary Engineer's License, and EPA – CFC Technician Certification – Universal or Type II and Type III minimum
Account Executive
10 years of experience, Bachelor's Degree, relevant industry experience in commercial real estate development and/or energy & utilities/HVAC space
Maintenance Mechanic
1 year of maintenance experience in an industrial environment, HS Diploma or GED
Account Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing or related field, 3 years’ experience in account management and business development
Maintenance Mechanic Special Rigger
High school diploma or GED, 2 years of trade or technical school, and 6 years of general power plant maintenance work experience
