Requirements

• Understand and abide by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Support daily production schedules through the timely troubleshooting and repair of faulty equipment, both electrical and mechanical in nature.
• Conduct root cause analysis of machine faults and maintenance repairs with recommendations for process or machinery improvements.
• Maintain documentation for electrical systems, schematics, and control logic.
• Perform cost analyses and writes justifications for proposed capital projects.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, as well as mechanical and electrical installations for conformance to plans and specification.
• Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of an effective preventative maintenance (PM) program to ensure consistent equipment performance.
