Staff Accountant

Victaulic is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization committed to excellence and continuous improvement. The Staff Accountant will lead month-end close activities, conduct detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, and perform thorough account analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with medium to large entities (public or private).
• Knowledge of OneStream XF software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
