Requirements
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
- Graduate of a recognized Canadian Police Academy
- Recent operational policing experience (within 36 months of retirement)
- Satisfaction of the physical and psychological health screening process
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Proven communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated judgment, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vulnerable and high-risk populations
