Vida is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider using evidence-based treatments to help patients manage their conditions. They are seeking a Registered Dietitian for a part-time, non-exempt/hourly position. Dietitians provide virtual medical nutrition therapy and diabetes self management education, focusing on behavior change and collaboration with a coordinated care team.

Requirements

• Manage a panel of clients seeking to prevent or manage chronic cardiometabolic conditions.
• Communicate with clients through video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging.
• Maintain proficiency in the Diabetes Self Management Education and Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing Techniques to support behavior change.
• Collaboratively partner with other providers in the coordinated care team.
• Strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Proper documentation, adherence to QA/Compliance guidelines, and use of Vida's platforms.
• Efficient cloud technology use (Slack, Google Suite, Zoom).
