• Deliver warm, authentic, & engaging hospitality.
• Follow the Dallas service touch points to ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
• Deliver personalized service and embody Vida Plenas warm and inviting guest experience.
• Prioritize delivering a seamless guest experience through attentive service.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu, ingredients, and what makes us special!
• Manage and communicate any food allergies or intolerances by informing the kitchen.
• Accurately relay food and drink orders to the kitchen, especially when dealing with specific guest preferences.
• Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting complementary dishes or drinks.
• Foster a culture of respect, ambition, and teamwork within the restaurant.
• Work in collaboration with your colleagues to make sure that the operation is as strong as it could possibly be.
