Clinical Manager, Dental AI Quality & Validation

We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the clinical expert for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and real-world effectiveness of our AI-powered products. You will lead internal QA/QI efforts to validate product updates, AI model changes, and new customer onboarding, while directly evaluating model performance through case review and diagnostic accuracy assessment.

Requirements

• Lead internal QA/QI process for validating product updates, AI system changes, and onboarding of new customer groups.
• Validate AI model performance by reviewing cases, assessing diagnostic accuracy, and providing clinical feedback to the data science and engineering teams.
• Serve as a clinical liaison to customers, helping them understand and optimize use of AI tools in real-world clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with the product team to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new AI features and enhancements, ensuring clinical accuracy and user alignment.
• Partner with technical teams to translate clinical insights into model improvements and usability enhancements.
• Provide clinical education and guidance across internal teams to improve understanding of diagnostic standards and radiographic interpretation.
• Support internal and external clinical documentation, training, and validation reports.
