Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or web application development
• Strong programming skills with Go, and experience with Python or JavaScript a plus
• Deep experience building scalable, secure, and reliable production APIs
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to distill technical requirements, build consensus, and drive work from design → implementation → monitoring
