Field Service Engineer / Ciudad de Mexico

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work from home and travel to customer sites to provide technical and commercial support, manage customer accounts, and increase value through offering additional services. A typical day will involve managing customer accounts, resolving service orders, providing technical advice, and performing maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, Mechatronics and / or Electrical Engineer, etc.
• Medium-technical level of English
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support and maintenance of various industrial equipment within the customer's installations
• Inventory management
