Requirements
- At least 2 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing various types of equipment.
- Basic computer/technical skills (can use email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word).
- Must be able to obtain authorization to travel to the United States for training.
