Job Description
Videojet, a Veralto company, is looking for a Sr. Service Engineer to provide onsite technical service support to customers in the Printing, Coding and Marking industry. The role involves resolving customer equipment breakdowns, installing and maintaining equipment, and promoting service contracts and consumables.
Requirements
- Diploma or Engineering degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field service or technical service roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and customer-handling skills
- Familiarity with the local language
