Requirements

• Verify the availability of land and spaces required by the company's implementation projects
• Ensure the achievement of mandates within established deadlines and budget
• Identify future telecommunications site locations considering geographical, technical, financial, regulatory, and municipal constraints
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure contract conditions are respected
• Negotiate purchases and leases with property owners and managers
• Carry out canvassing and lead negotiations with property owners and managers to ensure the presence of the company in technical sites
